Hung is a member of the litigation & arbitration, and healthcare & pharmaceutical practices of YKVN. In 2014, Hung joined Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), where he learned precious experience regarding international arbitration practice, as an intern for 2 months.

At YKVN, Hung is specialized in construction disputes, international trade disputes, banking & financial disputes, corporate disputes, healthcare & pharmaceutical, construction, corporate and M&A, alternative energy, debt recovery, and white-collar crimes. In these fields, he has represented multi-national and Vietnamese corporations. Some of his corporate clients include HSBC, SMBC, P&G, Mekong Capital, Monsanto, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Sanofi, Bayer, Merck, Servier, AbbVie, Ferring, Ascott, CapitaLand, Keppel Land, Son Kim Land, Hill International, BUNGE, Clermont, AB Mauri, China Huadian Engineering (CHEC), Dow Chemical (Rohm & Hass), Hanwha, Hanjin Shipping, Smilegate, Hamatomo Shoji, Vietinbank, Techcombank, ABBank, Masan, VNPT, PVEP, THACO, VN Steel, Thanh Thanh Cong Group, Bitexco, PNJ, VSH, BB Group, and KDI Holdings.

In addition, Hung also defended for the former Minister of the Transportation Ministry, the former Dong Nai's Party Secretary, the former Deputy Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the former Chairman of MHB (a state-owned bank), and the former General Director of Tin Nghia Corporation (a large state-owned enterprise), etc. in the competent courts of Vietnam.

Besides dispute resolution and white-collar crimes, Hung advises on construction contracts, alternative energy, corporate, and M&A transactions.
