Jasna is an experienced lawyer specializing in labour law and dispute resolution, as well as in commercial law. She has worked in renowned law firms in Croatia, advising numerous Croatian and international companies operating in various business sectors. She has participated in negotiations and advised clients in the formalization of sales contracts, general commercial contracts, incorporation, statutory changes, etc. Jasna has also coordinated teams conducting complicated due diligence procedures.

She is experienced in representing parties in litigation, and administrative and misdemeanour proceedings related to labour and commercial law, with a focus on construction disputes and disputes arising from debt collection and damages.

She is a dependable attorney with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is dedicated to advising employers on collective redundancies, implementation of procedures for electing employee representatives to works councils within Europe-based companies, and on restructuring and regulatory issues. In addition, Jasna often participates in the development of internal employment policies.
