Kerrie-Lee Olivier is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Employment practice.  She  specialises  in employment law with a particular interest in employment litigation.

Kerrie-Lee has acted for a number of clients in the mining, energy, construction, engineering, retail, media and publishing industries and she has also acted for a number of state owned companies and departments.

Her experience includes advising clients on various employment law matters such as employment equity and unfair discrimination, disciplinary proceedings, dismissal disputes, collective bargaining, organisational rights, strike management and restructuring of the workplace.

She has experience in drafting pleadings for the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration; the South African Labour Court; Labour Appeal Court and Constitutional Court, as well as drafting employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
