Lisa is a Senior Associate in our corporate department based in the London Office who specialises in M&A and venture capital transactions.

Lisa acts for a variety of clients, including corporates, management teams, and institutional clients across a range of sectors including technology, education, healthcare, and mobility.

Lisa’s M&A work covers both domestic and cross-border transactions (particularly in the US). Lisa acts both buy-side and sell-side and Lisa’s M&A highlights include: (a) Acting for US acquirers MCH Holdings Inc (the Goodway Group) in acquiring Canton Marketing Solution to boost its martech and data consulting capabilities, (b) Acting for the sellers in the sale of EZ Education Ltd (Doodle Learning) to US buyers Discovery Education (backed by Clearlake Capital), (c) Acting for the Sellers in the sale of Zwings Ltd to Zeus Scooters, Ireland’s largest micro-mobility scooters and (d) Assisting in advising the owners/members on the sale of Goldenberg Hehmeyer LLP and its Greek affiliate to Mire Asset Management.

Lisa works with a variety of clients on venture capital transactions but has a strong focus on assisting investors and companies on fund raisings. Lisa advises institutions such as, Pi Pabs, Gresham House, QV Ventures, Foresight Group and AP Ventures. Lisa’s venture capital highlights include: (a) Acting for AP Ventures in their investment into Hypermotive Ltd (a leader in electric and fuel cell vehicle systems integration) and Acting for Masabi Group Ltd (a leading fare payment platform) in their Series D round investment from Accel-KKR.
