Profile
Molly advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate restructuring, private equity and corporate governance.
She was previously seconded to Octopus Ventures working alongside their legal team to assist with early stage investments into various companies in the technology, consumer and SaaS sectors.
Molly is familiar with a variety of transaction structures and has experience advising large multinationals, venture funds, private equity firms and UK-based companies. Her recent experience includes advising:
- Harwood Private Equity on the sale of the Vegner Group to Odevo;
- the Foresight Group on its sale of Protean Software Limited;
- Octopus Ventures on a number of Seed and Series A investments including their Seed investment into CellVoyant Technologies Limited;
- Clean Growth Fund, Pymwymic and Ship2B Ventures on their investment into FA Bio;
- Churchill Group on the sale of c53% of the shares to an Employee Ownership Trust; and
- US company MCH Holdings Inc (the Goodway Group) on its acquisition of Canton Marketing Solutions.
