Profile
Natasha Wagiet is a Pro Bono Manager overseeing ENS'CSI portfolio at Mitchells Plain, Khayelitsha Township in Cape Town and Alexandra Township in Johannesburg.
Her experience includes working with vulnerable individuals and groups, impact litigation experience as well as training and advocacy.
Natasha also has experience liaising with various stakeholders from both government and civil society, conflict resolution and legal administration. Natasha furthermore has an interest in employment law, and she has completed a course focussed on employment law through UCT GetSmarter. Furthermore, Natasha believes that training in development is an integral component of pro bono and thus she has successfully completed a course focussed on training and development through UCT GetSmarter.
As ENSafrica’s Mitchells Plain pro bono manager, Natasha is responsible for managing the firm’s pro bono and CSI programme. Natasha has a particular interest in the pursuit of access to justice for all, matters involving socio- economic rights issues, as well as the foregrounding of the social aspect of ESG.
