Since joining TSMP's Dispute Resolution Department in 2015, Niklas has represented both local and foreign clients on a range of commercial disputes, including shareholder, commercial, trust and employment disputes.
Niklas has earned the trust of many clients, and is often praised for his keen understanding of the law and analytical rigour. He is also valued for his insights in building, strategizing and anticipating cases.
In his free time, he also fights for the less fortunate with the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme, and volunteers at legal clinics. Niklas also teaches an elective on shareholder deals and disputes at the Singapore Management University.
