Océane Demoulin has developed an expertise in employment law, both in advisory and litigation matters. She advises and assists her French and international clients on individual and collective labour relations issues as well as individual and collective litigation. Océane advises on the social management of restructuring of companies in good standing, as well as on the social management of restructuring of companies in difficulty (reorganisation, sale of companies or branches of activity, closure of sites). She also assists her clients in their growth strategy, in their compliance and in all their recurrent or specific labour law issues.
