Osinachi's practice areas include commercial litigation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, taxation, corporate governance and corporate and commercial practice.

As a member of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the firm, Osinachi is constantly involved in matters arising from taxation, telecommunications, contracts, labour and employment, maritime and aviation law before several courts of record in Nigeria.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, 2011 and a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from University of Ibadan, 2015. He was admitted to practice law in Nigeria in 2012.

Osinachi operates from the firm's office in Port Harcourt.
