Randall Manvitz routinely represents companies in business disputes including allegations of consumer fraud and unfair business practices, breach of contract, unlawful mortgage lending and servicing practices, and employment disputes such as wrongful termination. He litigates matters in state and federal court and in mediation and arbitration. In addition, Mr. Manvitz advises both small and large companies on day-to-day legal matters ranging from risk management to real estate and employment matters.
