Profile
Sarah is an Associate in Shoosmiths' Employment team, based in the London office.
She advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for both companies and individuals.
Sarah's experience includes: drafting, reviewing and negotiating settlement agreements for either employees or employers; conducting Employment Tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing; advising in relation to disciplinary and grievance processes; and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
Sarah completed her training contract at Shoosmiths, spending time in the Corporate Restructuring & Advisory, Banking & Finance, Construction and Competition teams. Sarah was previously called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.
