Sarah is an associate in Shoosmiths' corporate team.  Sarah advises on all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, venture capital, private equity and general corporate advisory matters.

Sarah completed her undergraduate degree in law with criminology at Nottingham Trent University and went on to complete her LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Liverpool.  Joining Shoosmiths in September 2021, Sarah completed her training contract with the firm and qualified into the corporate team in September 2023.
