Szymon Kubiak, PhD, is a legal adviser, a partner and a member of the Employment Law Practice. He has long-term experience in employment restructuring covering e.g. outsourcing and group dismissals in complex and cross-border employee transfers (including enterprise transfers or parts thereof) and renders ongoing advice on atypical/flexible forms of employment and employment of temporary workers. He also advises on problems associated with social packages and in creating and implementing legal compliance programmes and carries out due diligence of companies.
