With experience at the National Labor Relations Board and in-house at a major academic institution, Truc has valuable insight into how labor and employment cases are investigated as well as administered and implemented within a complex organization.

Truc is a labor and employment attorney with over 8 years of comprehensive experience that includes counseling on compliance with collective bargaining agreements, representing management in grievances and labor arbitrations and administrative hearings, responding to unfair labor practice charges and participating in collective bargaining negotiations.

Truc also has considerable experience in all facets of employment litigation, including wage and hour collective and class actions, and single-plaintiff cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation and failure to accommodate. In addition to her litigation experience, she has represented clients before state and federal administrative agencies. As a trusted advisor to clients, she provide advice and counsel on hiring and firing practices, wage and hour issues, federal and California leave laws, personnel actions, employee handbooks, employment policies, and employment agreements.

In addition to her labor and employment experience in private practice, Truc was a labor relations consultant at UCLA and served as a field attorney for the NLRB.
