Zia Sulick assists attorneys with client communications, document intake, initial document review and the execution of document productions. She collaborates with clients, opposing counsel and internal teams to ensure case progression through settlement or trial and has experience working on multiple pre-trial settlements or favorable trial verdicts in state, federal and appellate courts. Zia’s trial experience includes expert and fact witness coordination, trial exhibit and demonstrative preparation, organization and facilitation of trial technology, and jury selection. In addition, Zia manages and monitors various discovery objectives, including:

• Written discovery
• Research surrounding the court’s protocols and requirements
• Investigative research
