Profile
Benjamin graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2016. After training in TSMP Law Corporation, Benjamin was called to the Singapore Bar in 2017 and is currently part of the firm’s Employment and Dispute Resolution Department.
In the course of his work, Benjamin handles a wide range of matters including various shareholder, commercial, insolvency, landlord and tenant, intellectual property and employment disputes. He also provides frequent advice on various aspects of employment and data protection law. Benjamin believes in building lasting relationships with his clients, which range from multi-national corporations to the next-door neighbour.
Benjamin enjoys spending time with people and giving back to society. He is a volunteer at legal clinics and with the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme. Benjamin is also active in the firm’s pro bono committee, which organises activities for the elderly and youth-at-risk.
