Profile

Ben dedicates his practice to representing clients in the full scope of labor and employment matters under federal and state law. Whether legal issues arise from the workforce, unions or government agencies, Ben works to resolve disputes while keeping business objectives intact.

Ben assists clients in navigating through some of the most pressing issues in the labor and employment arena. A significant part of his practice involves traditional labor law, where he assists clients with union avoidance, organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges and grievance arbitrations.

Ben also has experience in several other employment-related matters, including restrictive covenant enforcement, wage and hour litigation, discrimination and retaliation claims, reductions in force and agreement drafting. Through his representations, Ben has gained substantial litigation experience in trial work, arbitrations, and depositions.

Ben serves on the Atlanta Office’s pro bono committee and is involved with the Atlanta Summer Program. He is also a contributing author to the Hunton Employment and Labor Law Perspectives Blog and was one of 25 Fellows selected nationally to join the National Employment Law Council Academy.
