Bonnie Kirkland’s wide-ranging practice includes various areas of commercial litigation such as defense of insurance disputes, breach of contract claims and business torts, with a significant focus on first-party insurance defense. Ms. Kirkland advises and assists clients on all phases of litigation, including all stages of pretrial and trial work in state and federal court.

Ms. Kirkland graduated for the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business. She then earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, where she served on the St. Mary’s Law Journal and graduated summa cum laude.
