Representing and counseling financial institutions on compliance of federal and state banking laws, including the Truth in Lending Act, Regulation Z, Home Owners' Loan Act, the National Bank Act, the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and state usury statutes
Defending financial institutions and other creditors in class action and individual lawsuits for alleged violations of TILA and state and federal consumer protection laws
