Charles Visser is an Executive at ENS in Namibia.

He specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, as well as employment law. He has also assisted clients in insolvency, restructuring and business rescue matters.

He has acted for clients in several industries including major mining companies, international governmental organisations, banks, as well as educational and financial institutions.

Charles is a seasoned litigator and cross-examiner having previously acted as a public prosecutor before joining the private practice. 

His experience includes civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, and advising clients on matters relating to construction, contractual disputes, delict, shipping and logistics and employment.
