Efficient drafting of immigration petitions and applications
Charlotte Kempster drafts complex immigration petitions and applications and efficiently manages the process from initiation to conclusion. Her experience includes handling H1B, O1, TN, L-1 and E3 petitions and applications; the PERM, I-140 and green card filing portions of the permanent residency application in the EB1, EB2 and EB3 categories; and prevailing wage and labor condition applications. Charlotte also:
- Helps with PERM/labor certifications, including testing the market, placing advertisements and drafting summary recruitment letters.
- Reviews positions for eligibility for employment-based categories, compiling applications and filing to relevant government agencies.
- Advises foreign nationals regarding maintenance of status and travel.
- Collects documentation and files both family- and employment-based applications for Adjustment of Status (I-485) as well as applications to the National Visa Center and Naturalization.
