Chris Ntuta is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice and renders services in various aspects corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, take-overs and corporate restructurings, and advising on regulatory aspects of commercial transactions, including, without limitation, Takeover Regulations and the JSE Listings Requirements. Chris has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts as well as structuring, implementing and regulating transactions across a wide variety of sectors.

His experience includes conducting legal due diligence investigations in anticipation of acquisitions and advising, structuring and implementing some of the major Black Economic Empowerment transactions in South Africa in accordance with the B-BBEE legislation including the drafting of prospectuses and related transaction documents.
