Daiga Zivtina is a partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution practice specializing in commercial disputes, including complex cross-border litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and negotiations in out-of-court settlements. She acts as a counsel in white-collar crime matters. An important part of her practice relates to dispute avoidance, claims management and strategic advisory work. Daiga has experience in high value, complex fraud and asset tracing cases, often involving freezing and receivership orders and frequently represents clients in multi-jurisdictional cases.

Daiga's practice focuses on the industrial, infrastructure and transport sector, energy, sale of goods, finance and insolvency, corporate law and shareholder relations, professional liability and insurance, public procurement and employment, and foreign investment protection. Daiga regularly acts as an arbitrator in cases administered by the Court of Arbitration of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and advises clients on recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Latvia.
