Dan is an associate in the firm’s global technology and outsourcing practice group, assisting clients with complex outsourcing arrangements, the execution of various technology transactions, and other commercial contracting matters.

Dan has experience drafting master services agreements, software license agreements, software-as-a-service and other service agreements, terms of use contracts, and other technology agreements.

With prior experience as an associate on a finance team, Dan has represented public and private companies, major private equity firms, and institutional lenders in a variety of business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, debt financings, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Represented a Fortune 100 defense company in an outsourcing transaction involving information technology and multiple business processes.
  • Represented a major health system in a multifunction outsourcing, including application development, service desk, and data center services.
  • Represented multiple public and private companies across industries in connection with cloud and on-premises software implementations.
