Daniela Sindicic is Managing Associate and member of the Dispute Resolution Unit. Daniela has been dealing with prevention and resolution of disputes since her first employment onwards, and throughout her career path, she has gained extensive experience particularly in court and administrative proceedings. She advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in complex commercial disputes. Within the office Daniela specialises in the field of obligation law with an emphasis on construction. She resolves also disputes arising from insolvency procedures, labour law disputes as well as disputes in the field of corporate law and intellectual property law.
