Adrienne focuses on representing clients in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Adrienne focuses on representing management in labor and employment matters in federal and state court, and before administrative agencies. She also represents clients in matters related to EEO litigation, collective bargaining, labor relations, non-compete agreements, breach of contract, and tort claims.

Adrienne is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, and Southern District of Texas.

Prior to joining Hunton & Williams, Adrienne worked as an in-house attorney at The Marketing Arm, following roles at two different law firms.

While at The Marketing Arm, Adrienne assisted in-house counsel to the 500+ employee agency, advising on a variety of issues, including issues under the FLSA, hiring/firing, employee leave, issues relating to employee/subcontractor classifications, noncompetition agreements, and other employment-related issues. Prior to working in-house, Adrienne’s law firm experience included advising and representing clients on a variety of labor- and employment-related issues, including discrimination, wrongful termination, noncompetition, and many other employment claims. She is a contributing author to the Hunton Employment & Labor Law Perspectives blog.

Relevant Experience

  • Responsible for management of all aspects of employment litigation and nonsubscriber defense cases.
  • Regularly handled employment matters, including claims involving discrimination based on race, sex and age, as well as matters involving the Family Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
  • Responsible for drafting and analyzing non-competition agreements, severance agreements and matters relating to misappropriation of trade secrets.
  • Responsible for preparation of EEOC and NLRB Position Statements on a regular basis.
  • Regularly handled hearings in matters pending with the EEOC and Texas Workforce Commission.
  • Responsible for drafting and reviewing employee policies and handbooks on behalf of clients.
  • Day to day client consulting on employment related matters.
