Profile
Elina Pou-Ruan joined Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque in 2010. She is currently working in the tax area, advising clients and handling tax litigations. Elina is also in charge of the preparation of legal opinions concerning national and municipal taxes and non-fiscal contributions, and she also has remarkable experience in administrative and judicial remedies. Her extensive experience and education allow her to participate in matters that require knowledge of other areas, thus interacting with other Firm specialists to provide comprehensive legal assistance to national and international clients.
