Experienced and thorough immigration and compliance guidance
Emily Shircel partners with companies of all sizes to develop and manage comprehensive corporate immigration programs to support business needs. She provides experienced counsel for multinational corporations and foreign nationals on business immigration issues and serves as a trusted advisor to navigate the ever-changing immigration landscape. Emily focuses on temporary work visas such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3 and O-1, as well as employment-based permanent resident processes, including EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorships.
Emily also provides seasoned counsel regarding I-9 compliance and worksite enforcement, including compliance issues arising from corporate reorganizations and mergers. She helps clients develop and maintain overall compliant I-9 programs and works with them to conduct internal I-9 audits, establish best practices and guide clients through government I-9 audits.
