Profile
Erika Taliana is an Associate at Mamo TCV Advocates. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta in 2018 after submitting a research project entitled 'Pre-contractual liability and the juridical implications of Peter Fenech Av Noe vs. Dipartiment tal-Kuntratti'. Erika then graduated with a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta in 2019 and started working at Mamo TCV Advocates in July 2019. She was called to the Bar in March 2020.
Erika's main practice areas are civil law with a particular focus on tort, contract and debt collection, employment law and shipping litigation.

Significant Accomplishments
Erika is involved in several civil, employment, and shipping litigation claims which require her to represent clients before the Inferior and Superior courts of Malta, including various Boards and Tribunals. In addition to court representation, Erika has experience in drafting commercial and residential lease agreements in line with the current legislation and, also provides clients with advice on employment related issues including disputes relating to unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, probation and discrimination, amongst others.
