Significant Accomplishments
Providing strategic advice and counseling to employers dealing with the full array of employment issues, including EEO policies and practices
Conducting investigations of complaints and internal audits of employment practices with a focus on policies, handbooks, employment agreements, and noncompete and trade secret protection
Assisting with administrative proceedings and investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor
Developing and managing human resources programs, including policy development and reviews, compensation and benefits, program transitions, employee training, and voluntary separation programs and incentives
Experience supporting Title IX, Clery Act, FERPA, and other education law matters
Providing day-to-day and ad hoc support regarding procurement issues, contracts, and documentation; services agreements; outsourcing arrangements; and cyber issues
