BLP advises Colgate-Palmolive on trademarks and sanitary registration matters and conducts availability searches for new products and registration services for new trademarks and sanitary registration, emphasizing health sciences products.
BLP advises a new company that introduces its agricultural products in Honduras. Campofert S.A.S. is a new client that recently began introducing their mainly agricultural products in Honduras. BLP advises the company and its branches on all the necessary permits and compliance to produce, distribute, sell, and manage a significant portfolio of trademarks.
Adidas appointed BLP as its attorneys for the local management of its trademarks, patents, and design portfolios throughout Central America.
BLP coordinates all trademark applications of Grupo Numar.
BLP advises and represents Delta Brands, Inc. on an opposition action against several trademarks in Honduras.
BLP counsels Quala on their local trademark registrations, sanitary registrations, permits, and licenses in Honduras and Guatemala.
BLP advises the Australian Banana Research Party on all intellectual property matters to protect the development of any new variation of banana in Honduras. Such a biological project would be the first of its kind to be conducted in Honduras.
