Florian handles an array of contracting, outsourcing, technology and other transactional matters.
Florian is an associate in the firm’s global technology and outsourcing practice group, assisting clients with outsourcing and technology transactions, and other commercial contracting matters. He drafts commercial contracts and other corporate agreements and conducts due diligence and legal research.
Florian also was a judicial intern to the Hon. M. Hannah Lauck, US District Judge for US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Relevant Experience
- Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts, including sales and purchase agreements, service agreements and software license agreements.
- Assisting with the preparation and documentation of outsourcing transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and processes, including information technology outsourcing.
- Assisting with the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various software license and technology contracts.
