Gail’s practice focuses on labor and employment law.

Gail is a strategic human resources and management lawyer with experience as in-house and outside counsel. She has over twenty years of labor and employment experience representing for-profit and not-for-profit employers.

Relevant Experience

Her experience includes:

• negotiating and drafting labor-management agreements and employment contracts
• hearing and arbitrating grievances
• responding to NLRB charges and regulatory investigations
• advising management on labor matters, including strike issues
• handling litigation as inside and outside counsel
• reducing legal risk and building productive work environments through creation and oversight of policy and protocols
• drafting EEOC position statements and mediating EEOC charges
• training employees on company policies and the rights and responsibilities of employment
