Gaja Tanko joined Jadek & Pensa Law Office as a Junior Associate in January 2023. Before that she gained experience at a major Slovene law firm, where she worked mainly in the fields of prevention and resolution of disputes, labour law and corporate law. During her studies she worked as a Legal Assistant at Transparency International Slovenia and participated at various law competitions, including Regional Moot Court Competition before the European Court of Human Rights. At postgraduate level she utilised the opportunity of an Erasmus study exchange at Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest, Faculty of Law, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and intellectual property.
