  • Investigating hostile working environment claims, harassment claims, whistleblower claims and retaliation claims
  • Representing companies in government audits
  • Representing employers in employment litigation matters on state and federal levels
  • Advising employers on Affirmative Action Plan development and compliance
  • Representing employers in matters before the National Labor Relations Board with regard to unfair labor practices
