Profile
Hunter is a multifaceted lawyer with contracting, outsourcing and technology and transactional experience.
Hunter is an associate on the firm’s outsourcing, technology and commercial contracting practice group. She assists with drafting commercial contracts and other corporate agreements, and conducts due diligence and legal research.
Hunter also has aided various pro bono clients in corporate governance and transactional matters, including creating template documents and helping entities establish 501(c)(3) status. In addition, Hunter works with the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project’s Screening Committee, reviewing cases for prisoners maintaining their innocence.
Hunter also co-chairs the firm’s annual participation in the Legal Food Frenzy—a charitable competition where law firms compete to donate money and non-perishable food to the Richmond community. Under Hunter’s leadership, the firm’s Richmond office took first place in the Large Law Firms category in 2018.
Hunter is a regular contributor to the firm’s Retail Industry Blog.
