Immigration case preparation for complex cases

Janine Kadile prepares complex immigration petitions and applications for a variety of clients. She handles nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, etc.), PERM labor certifications, employment-based immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), adjustment of status applications, consular processing cases, marriage visa petitions and request for evidence response packages. Janine’s experience also includes:

• Preparing in-depth case analyses and strategies to accomplish short- and long-term objectives.
• Communication with government agencies, including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of State.
• Assisting employers and foreign nationals with maintenance of status and travel issues.
