As of February 2012 is the Partner responsible for the Labor, Employment, Social Security and Immigration practice group of Basham, Ringe y Correa S.C.
He has been engaged in the practice of labor (both collective and individual), employment, and social security law, and is a trial lawyer, as well as a strategist and counselor.
Has given conferences for different associations and chambers of commerce in the fields of labor and constitutional law.
Was a 2011 pro bono award recipient from the Mexican Bar Association for his dedication to serving the community in labor and employment matters.

Is the author of the mater in law thesis entitled; "Conflicts of Law, Jurisdiction and Mexican Law" in 1988.
