Associate

Julien is a member of the Labour and Employment Law group. As part of his practice, he advises and supports his clients in matters involving both collective and individual labour relations. He is called upon to deal with issues relating to the interpretation and application of employment contracts, collective agreements, labour standards, employer's management rights, as well as the enforcement of disciplinary measures.

Julien also represents his clients before arbitral tribunals, as well as judicial and administrative tribunals.
