Kate specialises in dealing with serious personal injury claims, and is regularly instructed in a diverse range of cases including complex accidents at work or in public places, serious road traffic accidents and uninsured driver claims (MIB). She regularly works on high value catastrophic injury claims. 

Kate is adept at carefully considering the complex needs of her clients and putting place support and rehabilitation. She aims to make the often confusing process of bringing a claim as simple as possible for her clients. She will work closely with clients to obtain as much information as possible to successfully resolve their claim. 

In addition, Kate spent a number of years working within the Poly Implant Prothèse (PIP) Breast Implant Group Litigation, dealing with a varying range of over 600 clients and settling claims involving the complex injuries and losses sustained as a result of the faulty breast implants.

Kate is quoted in the Legal 500 and was previously the President of the North Staffordshire Junior Lawyers Division.
