Profile

Kathryn Kruglak is an associate at Walder Wyss. She advises our clients on employment, data protection and immigration law, as well as social security and pension matters. Her areas of expertise also include Diversity Equity and Inclusion and blockchain and AI, especially regarding data protection aspects. She has particular experience with drafting employment contracts, termination agreements, personnel regulations, data protection regulations and privacy notices, conducting internal investigations, assisting international organisations and treating cross-border situations.

Kathryn Kruglak studied at the University of Neuchâtel (BLaw, MLaw) and King’s College London (LL.M., transnational law). She passed the bar exam in the Canton of Geneva in 2021. Before joining Walder Wyss, Kathryn Kruglak practised in the employment, pensions and immigration department of a leading Swiss law firm.

Kathryn Kruglak speaks English and French. She is registered with the Geneva Bar and is admitted to practice in all of Switzerland. She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the International Association of Lawyers (UIA), as well as the Human Rights Commission of the Geneva Bar Association and the Unaccompanied minors commission of the European Bars Federation.
