Strategic labor and employment litigation counsel
Kelly Butler provides strategic guidance to employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation. She deals with a variety of legal issues arising under both state and federal law, including:

Kelly began her career dealing extensively with claims arising from the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and advocating for employers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small family-owned businesses.
