Larry Corman, Esquire is a partner with Greenspoon Marder LLP. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983, Mr. Corman is a Harvard Law School graduate and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Corman has represented residents and communities in connection with developer turnovers, including Boca West, Broken Sound, Mizner Country Club, Boca Pointe and Deering Bay Yacht and Country Club.

Mr. Corman has and continues to serve as General and Litigation Counsel for Boca West Country Club, The Polo Club of Boca Raton, St. Andrews Country Club Property Owners Association, The Club at Ibis Property Owners Association, La Gorce Country Club, Mizner Country Club, and Boca Grove Property Owner's Association, among other communities, as well as for various other Property Owners and Condominium Associations.

As General Counsel, Mr. Corman is involved in all aspects of Club and Association operations, including drafting construction and vendor contracts and resolving attendant disputes, preparing, amending and enforcing governing documents, handling employment complaints and Member grievances, as well as collecting delinquent accounts.

Mr. Corman is a former Board member and Past President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. Additionally, he is a former Chair of the SPBCBA’s Professionalism and Civility Committee.
