Profile
Laura joined Shoosmiths in 2020 and qualified as an Associate in the Scottish employment team having completed her Training Contract at the firm.
Laura has experience advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. She is experienced in advising clients facing Tribunal litigation, including for claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination, equal pay and whistleblowing. She also assists clients with day to day advisory work, including the preparation of contracts of employment and settlement agreements, as well as assisting on general employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and family friendly rights.
