Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Lu practiced with Beijing Huizhong Law Firm. Mr. Lu's experience focuses on dispute resolution in areas including international trade, construction, intellectual property, letters of guarantee, and employment. Mr. Lu also advises clients on labor law matters relating to employee benefits, layoffs, and the employment of foreign nationals in China, as well as issues relating to non-competition.

Mr. Lu graduated with an LL.B. from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 2009, and then obtained a master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 2013. Mr. Lu also earned an LL.M. degree in International Intellectual Property Law from Chicago-Kent Law School in 2013.
