Complex employment litigation assistance

Lori May assists clients and attorneys with complex employment litigation, from pre-litigation investigation all the way through trial, appeal and judgment collection. Additionally, she has litigation experience in class-action defense.

Lori also helps with jury and bench trials and has experience with trial presentation software programs and operating the hot seat. She is proficient with a variety of litigation software programs and e-discovery. Attorneys and clients appreciate her experience in managing document review projects as well as collecting, importing and producing documents by utilizing various e-discovery programs.
