Michael has assisted individuals and businesses in state and federal bankruptcy courts regarding financial matters since first starting his practice of law in Orlando in 1990 with Mateer & Harbert prior to its merger with Dinsmore. Michael leverages his business background and degree in finance to achieve practical and cost-effective solutions for his clients.
Michael handles matters for debtors and creditors in areas such as collection, foreclosure, replevin, landlord/tenant, and chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Michael also specializes in local government representation with an emphasis in ad valorem taxation matters. Michael also handles estate planning and probate litigation matters.
Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Michael brings his midwestern work ethic and caring disposition to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. Michael enjoys following his Green Bay Packers and playing golf when away from the office.
