Drafting and promoting legislation and administrative rules before the West Virginia Legislature and Executive Branch, including testifying before various legislative committees and administrative bodies
Drafting and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements
Performing due diligence investigations in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions (including bankruptcy)
Extensive mediation, trial, trial preparation, and appellate experience before federal and state courts
Extensive media and crisis management experience for several clients
