Profile
Michelle Folse assists clients with a broad spectrum of personnel and employment law matters. She is experienced in complex litigation-related matters with a focus on issues ranging from employment discrimination and retaliation claims to wage and hour class actions.
Michelle has assisted in representing employers in workplace investigations, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges, civil service appeals, and Department of Labor claims, as well as handling union-related grievances and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements. She effectively and efficiently addresses clients’ HR operational needs, including preparing handbooks, workplace policies, workplace training and employment contracts. Michelle has experience working with eDiscovery, drafting legal documents, and managing trial exhibits, discovery and pleadings. She has also served as a legal assistant, during which she supervised more than 800 cases and assisted in all aspects of trial preparation and conclusion.
