Nathan’s practice focuses on employment immigration matters including non-immigrant work visas and the permanent residence process via PERM. His previous experience includes clerking for Chief Judge Lavenski Smith on the Eighth Circuit and working for Washington University’s immigration clinic, where he assisted clients with asylum and family-based petitions. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and has written a piece for the American Immigration Lawyers Association Law Journal about the asylum process.
